A graduate in Cooperatives Development and Cooperative Law, Dammi has worked in Bangladesh, Sudan and Sri Lanka. She is now an English teacher, trained at the British Council. She is in Dhaka with her husband, who works for the World Bank, and two young daughters. Dammi, who has lived here for three and a half years, loves travelling, decorating and gardening.
