sponsorship of 20 beds at the Shishu Hospital in Dhaka.

Voluntary Assoc. (WVA) to aid
their health and education projects. Programme includes competition
Bridge, Mahjong and Rummy at 10:30 am; Mini Bazaar and Raffle draw;
lunch at 1 p.m. Participants
in games must confirm by 10 June with Zakia Doha and come with their own

Worldwide Voluntary Blackout. As an alternative to George
W. Bush's energy policies and lack of emphasis on efficiency,
conservation and alternative fuels, there will be a voluntary rolling
blackout on the first day of summer, June 21, 7-10pm in all time zones
(this will roll it across the planet). A simple protest, and a symbolic
act: turn off your lights from 7-10pm on June 21.Unplug whatever you can
in your house, use candles and try to do
