Indo - Italian Spaghetti Here is a recipe for spaghetti, an old-time favourite, with a difference - a touch of India.

125 gms spaghetti 1 onion finely chopped 1/2 cup milk 1 tbsp Tomato sauce 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce 1-2 green chillies chopped 1/8 tsp cardamom powder 1/8 tsp black pepper powder 2 tbsp butter |
1 can tomato soup 1 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped 1/8 tsp cumin powder 1/8 tsp garam masala salt to taste grated cheese sliced tomatoes for garnishing |

Method 1. Boil spaghetti in salted water. Drain and keep aside. 2. Saute onion and mushrooms in butter, till golden brown. 3. Add tomato soup, milk and spaghetti. 4. Add cheese and rest of the ingredients and cook on low fire. 5. Pour into a pyrex dish. 6. Garnish with cheese and tomato slices. 7.
