The Slate of Candidates will be presented at the
AGM. Each candidate will have a few minutes to introduce themselves. The
membership at large will be asked to approve the Slate, afterwhich the
candidates will be installed as the Executive Board 2002 - 2003.
The present Working Committee Chairpersons are not elected at the AGM and
are not members of the Executive Board; they are appointed by the
Executive Board if it sees the necessity to form them:
The Chairpersons elected at the
AGM (Publications, Welfare and Hospitality) or appointed by the Executive
Board will make up the members of their own committees for the next club
year.
