Renewal and/or Application for UNWA Membership

May is renewal time for all UNWA membership.

Members are asked to complete the attached Membership Application/Renewal Form. Please bring a completed form, and your membership fee, to the General Meeting on the 19th May (see page 4).

If you cannot attend the meeting, please give your completed form and the membership fee to any Board Member. Their names and phone numbers are listed on page 1.

With regard to Associate Members, please note that there is an agreed ratio of 1:1 between UNWA’s Full and Associate Members. Therefore, applications for Associate Membership may, unfortunately, not always lead to immediate membership. Priority will be given to previous members, especially those who have been actively participating over the past year.

Membership for both full and associate members lapses after June 15, 2002 if not renewed.
