Reena Shrestha (Nepal) arrived from Nepal in August with her husband, who works for UNICEF, and her two children. In Dhaka she hopes to take computer classes and learn painting.

Tara O‘Day (US) arrived in August with her husband who is working for WHO. She has lived in Togo and Chad. Tara is currently volunteering with the UN AIDS Programme.

Fatma Sesay, who served as Membership Chairman, has gone to Dernmark where her husband has taken up a new posting.

Judith Bennett-Henry, Administrative Assistant to the Director of ICDDR,B provided creative leadership to the 2000 UN Ball.
