UNWA December General Meeting
Thursday 11

at the Sonargaon
Hotel, Nirala Room.
Representatives of the projects UNWA supports will be
receiving our donations at this meeting, namely:
Blue Sisters
Clinic, Under-Privileged Children’s Education Programme
(UCEP), Shelter for Street Children in Savar, Centre for
Training and Rehabilitation of Destitute Women (CTRDW), and
Bright Star School.
There will be a
fun gift-exchange (value not more than Tk.300),
followed by our
Year-end Luncheon.

Meeting
The January
General Meeting will be held at the
FAO office, House 37,
Road 8, Dhanmondi
on Wednesday, January
14, at 4 pm.

Looking for WOMUN writers:
At WOMUN, we
are always looking for contributors. Please find some time to put pens
to paper or fingers to computers and write an article about anything
that takes your fancy -- places you have visited, topics of social
interest, hobbies you would like to share. The newsletter can only be
made relevant and interesting with your contributions, so please write

special celebrations and festivals. If you know that your country is
celebrating a special occasion in a particular month, please write a few
paragraphs about it by the 25th of the previous month. Send it to
